Refund Policy and Terms of Service

We hope that you like the products we have carefully chosen for our online shop as much as we do. If this is occasionally not the case we offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the purchase. You can return your order for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. After this period, our return policy is unfortunately restricted.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: 

  • Discounted products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • The same applies to customized/pre-ordered products 
  • Returned products must have no visible signs of use and be returned in the original product packaging
  • If any product is not returned in its original product packaging or returned more than 14 days after receiving the purchase we might consider to grant a partial refund or store credit

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Please contact us via email at info@dlifestyleuk.com with the receipt of your purchase and let us know the reason for your return
  2. Then follow the instructions we will give to you in our reply for shipping your return
  3. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for your return
  4. If you are shipping items of a high value, we recommend to use a trackable shipping service and a shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned products or that no damages occur en route
  5. Please send all items back to us in its original product packaging

Additional Information:

  • In case of refund: if eligible this will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original form of payment or if you prefer can be used as store credit
  • If you have not received a refund yet, please note it might take some time to be processed. Please check with your credit card company or bank first and if the refund has not been credited contact us at info@dlifestyleuk.com
  • In case of exchange: if in stock we will ship the replacement product within 3-5 working days after receiving the return of your original purchase
